Postdoctoral Fellow Positions Available in Naperville, IL (Chicago Area)

Linden Oaks at Edward behavioral health care facility has two postdoctoral fellow positions open for the 2012-2013 academic year. Job duties include:
• Facilitating psychological evaluations for diagnostic clarification.
• Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team, supporting the organization’s treatment program and philosophy and also by enhancing the education of the counseling staff.
• Supervise diagnostic practicum students with assessments.
• Assist the Director of Clinical Training in supervising predoctoral interns.
• Provide quality therapeutic services to inpatients and families.
Linden Oaks is a 94-bed behavioral healthcare facility located approximately 30 miles west of Chicago.
We provide specialized care for adolescents, adults, and older adults. The Linden Oaks treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers/therapists, registered nurses, dietitians, occupational therapists, art therapists, medical doctors, and hospital chaplains provides innovative care with dignity, compassion and respect for each individual.
Please note that these positions focus far more on delivery of assessment than treatment.
