The University of Michigan, Division of Rehabilitation Psychology and Neuropsychology (RPN), Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is accepting applications for a clinical Postdoctoral Fellowship with a focus of training on pediatric rehabilitation psychology and neuropsychology. The fellowship conforms to APA Division 22 guidelines and includes didactics in core topics in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology.
Core fellowship activities include inpatient rehabilitation psychology services on a pediatric rehabilitation service, as well as pediatric outpatient neuropsychology clinics. In addition to these core experiences, training experiences are arranged in specialty outpatient multidisciplinary clinics (craniofacial, fetal alcohol, brain injury day treatment, other). Depending upon funding and prior experience, fellows may participate in protected mentored research activities. Program graduates typically pursue careers in some aspect of rehabilitation psychology/neuropsychology. Applicants should have completed all requirements for a PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited doctoral program with preference given to individuals with prior training in neuropsychology.
