Post-Doctoral Fellowship Opportunity in Autism Spectrum Disorders Los Angeles County
The Help Group's post-doctoral Fellowship focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorders provides fellows an opportunity to obtain advanced clinical training and experience in intervention (individual, family, and group therapy) and assessment of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. In addition, fellows will develop skills in supervision, public speaking, consultation, and program development and evaluation related to working specifically with children and adolescents diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Stipend: $30,000.00 with an additional $2500.00 for fully bilingual Spanish speaking fellows.
The training year is a full calendar year that typically begins the 3rd week of August (slight adjustments can be made based on the fellow’s schedule of ending internship). Fellows will receive 2,000 hours of Supervised Professional Experience, including at least 4 hours per week of supervision.
