Fulton State Hospital, Fulton, Missouri, USA - 2 Postdoctoral Residency positions (forensic)


LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST AND/OR POST-DOC PSYCHOLOGY POSITIONS IN MISSOURI

Two Licensed psychologist and/or post-doctoral positions have recently become available in a large forensic inpatient mental health facility in Missouri. The positions are on the New Outlook Program, an innovative program that combines the treatments of Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Positive Behavior Support. Many of the people treated in this program have intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or Borderline Personality Disorder. Duties will include individual therapy, group therapy, participation in consultation and clinical teams, and assessment. Training experiences will emphasize Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Functional Behavioral Assessment, and Positive Behavior Support. This facility supports active research and has a weekly Research Committee meeting that the candidate may choose to become involved with. Supervision required for licensure will be provided, if needed.
