The Watershed Addiction Treatment Programs, Inc, based in Boynton Beach, Florida, is seeking caring, insightful therapists from a variety of professional disciplines to provide care for patients in our Intensive Inpatient Treatment Program, Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program. Our facility offers our patients comfortable and safe surroundings to begin their journey of recovery.
The Watershed is JCAHO accredited and fully licensed by the State of Florida. We strive to ensure that all of our patients receive the most comprehensive care to address the issues that may impede their recovery. Our mission is to provide the best and most cost effective treatment to people and families affected by the disease of addiction, alcoholism and mental illness.
This position is responsible for: providing individual, family and group therapy; working closely with the multidisciplinary team of medical doctors, psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals; completing and maintaining all required documentations; and attending didactic seminars and in-services.
Post Doctoral requirements will be met for those needing post doc hours and supervision.
